Terms of Service

The agreement between you and the operator of Duel. We've kept it as clear as we can, but it's still a legal document. If anything isn't clear, consult a legal advisor before continuing.

Updated: 27.01.2026. Duel.com (the "Website") is owned and operated by Immortal Snail LLC ("Duel", "we", or "us"), registered in Nevis (registration number L22982), and licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under License No. ALSI-202411026-FI1. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and any game-specific rules.

1. Who can use Duel

  • You must be over 18 and over the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
  • It is your sole responsibility to ensure gambling is legal where you are. Duel makes no guarantees that use of the service is legal for you.
  • Due to laws and regulations, players from certain countries are not accepted, including (among others) the United States and its territories, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands (and the Kingdom of the Netherlands territories), Australia, Spain, Germany, Lithuania, Slovakia, Montenegro, the UAE, and a number of sanctioned jurisdictions. The full restricted list is maintained by Duel.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and your login credentials private. We are not liable for lost accounts or funds if you knowingly or unknowingly give a third party your credentials. Accounts are not for sharing, and sharing may lead to termination or restrictions. The person who originally creates and registers an account (the "Original Owner") retains permanent, exclusive ownership rights; in any dispute we treat the Original Owner as the sole rightful owner, regardless of any purported sale, gift or transfer.

3. Fair play and prohibited conduct

You must not exploit bugs, errors, bonuses or the affiliate system for unfair advantage. If you discover an exploit, report it immediately and do not use it. We may void transactions, reclaim funds, terminate accounts, and pursue legal action against exploitative behaviour. You also agree not to disrupt the Services, reverse engineer or hack any part of them, defeat security measures, or otherwise act outside the spirit of fair play.

4. Bets and game rules

  • All bets are final. If you lose funds by placing a bet, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • Some games, lotteries and sports markets have their own rules; where those conflict with these Terms, these Terms take priority (except where a specific rules page governs that market).
  • Match betting rules are defined on their own rules page.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

We do not provide refunds for deposits by default. If you deposit or withdraw using cryptocurrency, it's your responsibility to use the correct address and network; we are not liable for losses from user error. Duel does not profit from deposit or withdrawal fees, but third-party providers may charge network or processing fees that you are responsible for. We may request KYC (identity verification) before processing a withdrawal, and we are not liable for loss of access to funds if you refuse or fail to provide the required documents. Duel is not a financial institution, does not pay interest, and does not allow trading of cash and cryptocurrencies.

6. Dormant accounts

If your account has no login activity for a continuous period of six (6) years, it will be classified as dormant, and we reserve the right to reclaim any remaining balance. We may attempt to contact you at your registered email beforehand, but are not obligated to.

7. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including suspected fraud, use of bots or automated software, violation of these Terms, or any behaviour we deem harmful to the platform or other users. When an account is terminated, remaining funds may be withheld at our discretion.

8. Affiliate program

  • Affiliates earn commissions based on the net revenue generated by referred users.
  • Self-referral and practices that violate the integrity of the program are prohibited.
  • We may modify the commission structure and program terms at any time.
  • Breaching the program terms may lead to account termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
  • Usernames and referral codes are unique when created, but we may reclaim, modify or reassign them at our discretion; you acquire no permanent rights to them.

9. Liability

Duel accepts no liability for losses or damages caused directly or indirectly by technical failures, system outages, transaction or display errors, force majeure, user violations or fraud, advice from our staff or systems, telecommunications failures, financial risks such as exchange-rate or fee changes, or any other issues arising from use of the service. We do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy or performance. Gambling carries inherent risk of loss, and your use is entirely at your own risk, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Third-party games and bonuses

Some games, bonuses, free spins and promotional features are provided and controlled by independent third-party providers. Their logic, timing, expiry, settlement and finalisation are determined solely by that provider and are outside our control. Settlement processed in line with the provider's data and instructions is deemed final, and we are not liable for disputes arising from a provider's operation, expiry or cancellation of a game or bonus.

11. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights on the Duel website(s), including copyright, design rights and trademarks, and the domain duel.com, belong at all times to Immortal Snail LLC. You may use the website only as expressly authorised, and you agree not to copy, redistribute, reproduce, commercially exploit, tamper with, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any of it.

12. AML and law enforcement

Duel, its regulator or any governing authority may monitor or review transactions to prevent money laundering, and suspicious transactions will be reported. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and may, on a valid request or court order, freeze or withhold funds during an investigation, provide account and transaction data, extend a freeze as reasonably necessary, and where legally required transfer funds to the requesting agency. We may not be permitted to notify you of such requests.

13. Disputes and governing law

If you have a complaint, contact our support team; we aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Any dispute arising from these Terms is resolved by binding arbitration in Anjouan, Union of Comoros, with each party bearing its own costs. All disputes must be brought individually: you waive any right to class actions or class-wide arbitration. We may seek court injunctions to protect our IP rights without arbitration. These Terms are governed exclusively by the law of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
